(Avoid the pack touch any part of pot as it may melt / leaking. If it leaks, throw it away. 2) Boil for around 10 minutes until all crystals are completely liquefied, dissolved and melted Warning : 1) Not suitable for microwave. If pack is leaking, please wash thoroughly with water. 2) Do not use the pack immediately after boiling. It is VERY HOT and will burn your skin. Let it cool prior to use.
