And in good condition
But when there is a complaint / return we will still serve on condition:
-It Is not a fault in order or packing damaged
-Provide Photo/video evidence when the item is not on/damaged.
-SHIPPING Fee PP shouldered by the buyer.
Please provide valid proof for us to check first,without proof we consider invalid
Complaining must be clear,details,complaints that are unclear we won't respond
The damage caused by the factory's fault was not from the mistake in use the buyer (because before it was delivered the lamp we've tested)
Send lights + box and receipt note purchase back to our place (if the box and note don't exist then it can' t claim / replace new)
